Last updated September 2026. These terms govern your use of craftwellrenovations.com and your dealings with Craftwell Custom Renovations.

Who we are. Craftwell Custom Renovations (formerly Roofing For Troops), 27 Water St #1, Milford, OH 45150. (513) 299-7795. info@roofsfortroops.life. Licensed and insured in Ohio and Kentucky.

Estimates and quotes. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is valid for 30 days unless the document says otherwise, and becomes binding only when both parties sign a written contract. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if concealed conditions are found once work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of price.

Text messaging (SMS) terms. By giving consent you agree to receive text messages from Craftwell Custom Renovations about your enquiry, your estimate, your insurance claim and the progress of your job. These are transactional and customer-care messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. You may consent in any of three ways. One: tick the consent box on a form on craftwellrenovations.com, which reads “I agree that Craftwell Custom Renovations may contact me by phone or text about my inquiry. Consent is not required for service or purchase.” Two: give your mobile number to a Craftwell Custom Renovations representative by telephone or in person, after the representative asks “Is it OK if we text you about your estimate and appointment? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.” Three: send a text message to us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, of service, or of receiving a quote.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per job, and no more than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Craftwell Custom Renovations does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out, and how to get help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (513) 299-7795. You may also opt out at any time by calling or emailing us.

Privacy of your mobile number. We do not share or sell mobile numbers, or the consent you give to receive text messages, to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to send the messages described above, and is disclosed only to the service providers who deliver them on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers and delivery. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Website use. The content of this website is general information. Photographs may show representative work. We may update or remove content at any time. Do not rely on this website in place of a written estimate or a signed contract.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
