How Financing Works
Most of the work we do is not optional and does not schedule itself around your savings. A roof fails when it fails. A leak does not wait.
Financing lets you start the work now and pay over time, usually with a monthly payment considerably smaller than people expect. We will walk you through the options during your free estimate, with the monthly number in front of you next to the total.
We are contractors, not lenders. We will tell you the terms plainly, we will not pressure you toward a bigger project because it finances, and if paying outright is better for you we will say so.
Ways To Pay
Financing — flexible monthly payment plans on approved credit. Ask during your estimate and we will show you the numbers.
Insurance claims — on storm damage work, most of the cost is typically carried by your carrier and you are responsible for your deductible. See how we handle claims.
Military discount — active duty, veterans, reservists and military families receive a discount on every service we offer. Just mention your service when you call.
Straight payment — cheque or card, on a schedule tied to project milestones. We never ask for the full amount up front.
