We actively hire veterans. Discipline, showing up, working as a unit, finishing what you started — the trades reward exactly what the military builds. It is why Roofing For Troops started as our name and continues as our program.
No trade experience is not a dealbreaker. Reliability is. If you show up on time, work safely, and care whether the job is right, we can teach the rest.
Roles We Hire For
Roofing crew — tear-off, installation, flashing and detail work.
Siding and exterior installers — siding, soffit, fascia, trim and gutters.
Interior carpenters — kitchens, baths, flooring and finish work.
Project coordinators — scheduling, permits, inspections and keeping customers informed.
Sales consultants — inspections and estimates, on a straight and honest comp plan.
